What’s Covered by Our Refund Policy?
We accept returns and refunds for items that meet these conditions:
- Items are returned within 30 days of delivery
 - Items are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached
 - Items are not damaged due to improper use or care
 
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective — we’ll always make it right in those cases.
Refund Options
- Full refund to your original payment method (includes product price, excludes shipping fees)
 
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a mistake (like the wrong size/color), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll:
- Send you a replacement at no extra cost
 - Cover all return shipping fees
 - Or offer a full refund + original shipping cost, if you prefer
 
Just include photos of the issue in your email — it helps us resolve things faster!
